Where are your products made?
All products are hand crafted and packaged in Pennsylvania.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Which scent should I choose?
If you love fresh scents, try Blue Sage Sandalwood or Eucalyptus.
If you prefer warm, cozy scents, try Warm Amber Frankincense or Vanilla Musk Blackberry.
If you enjoy grounding, earthy scents, try Palo Santo Sandalwood or Wildflower Ash.
What are your incense sticks made from?
Our incense sticks are hand dipped using premium fragrance oils on charcoal-based incense sticks for a clean burn and long-lasting scent experience.
How long do the incense sticks burn?
Each stick burns for approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on airflow and environment.
How strong is the scent?
Our incense is designed to create a noticeable fragrance without overwhelming a space. Scent strength may vary depending on room size and airflow.
How should I burn incense safely?
Place incense in a heat-resistant holder on a stable surface away from drafts, pets, children, and flammable materials. Never leave burning incense unattended.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During launches, holidays, and sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to help locate it.
